Who we are
This website is operated by Admissions Square Educational Consultancy LLP, Bengaluru, Karnataka ("Admissions Square", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website or contact us, and how we use it.
Information you share when you contact us
You can contact us through the enquiry form on this website, or by phone or WhatsApp on +91 789 258 4428.
Enquiry form. When you send the enquiry form we collect your name, your phone or WhatsApp number, your email address if you choose to give it, the stream, course and specialisation you select, and anything you write in the requirement box. We also record that you ticked the consent box, the date and time of your enquiry, the title and address of the page you sent it from, the name of the college when you send it from a college page, and any campaign reference contained in the address of that page. The enquiry form does not store your IP address or browser details with your enquiry. Your enquiry is saved in this website's enquiry records, which are stored in the website's database on our hosting account, and a copy is sent by email to Admissions Square. We may transfer enquiry information from the website enquiry form to our customer relationship management (CRM) system through a webhook, so that we can manage your enquiry, follow up with you and provide admission, course or career guidance relating to it.
Phone and WhatsApp. When you call or message us, we receive your phone number and name (as shown on your call or WhatsApp profile) and any details you choose to share, such as the course, college, city, marks or admission route you are interested in. We record phone calls. We use WhatsApp Business for WhatsApp enquiries, and we record enquiry details in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Information collected when you use this website
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records technical information when pages are requested, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the date and time. This is used to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website.
Cookies and analytics
Website analytics (TWIPLA)
We use TWIPLA, a website analytics service provided by Visitor Analytics GmbH, to understand how visitors use this website and to improve its content, usability and visitor experience. TWIPLA collects information about how the website is used, such as the pages visited, navigation between pages, clicks, scrolling, mouse movements and other interactions with page elements, together with timestamps, device and browser information, screen dimensions and approximate geographic location.
Session recordings and heatmaps
Depending on the features enabled for our website, TWIPLA may create session recordings and heatmaps that reproduce aspects of a visitor’s on-page activity, such as navigation, clicks, scrolling and interactions with page elements. We use them to analyse how the website is used and to improve it. We have not confirmed that all text entered into website fields, including the enquiry form, is excluded or masked in session recordings or interaction tracking. Please do not enter sensitive personal or financial information into website fields unless it is needed for your enquiry.
Visitor recognition, IP address and browser storage
With our current settings, TWIPLA may use characteristics of your device and browser (a technique known as fingerprinting) to recognise returning visitors, and may process your IP address, for example to estimate your approximate location. TWIPLA also stores a short-lived identifier in your browser’s session storage, which is normally removed when the browser tab is closed.
Analytics provider and data processing
TWIPLA is provided by Visitor Analytics GmbH, Germany. According to TWIPLA’s published data processing terms, analytics data is processed on servers in Germany, within the European Union, and the provider uses other service providers to deliver its service. The precise data collected and how long it is kept depend on the settings and terms that apply to our website.
Questions about analytics
If you have questions about website analytics or wish to make a privacy request, contact us on +91 789 258 4428 by phone or WhatsApp. This is a way to contact us, not a technical opt-out. We will review your request and respond as appropriate.
Other cookies and browser storage
Our hosting provider’s content delivery network (Hostinger CDN) may occasionally run a short browser security check before a page loads; when a visitor passes that check, a verification cookie is stored so that the check is not repeated for a period of time. Cookies are also used when a site administrator logs in to manage the website. The enquiry form does not set cookies. The "Request a Callback" pop-up keeps a few simple counters in your browser’s local storage (pages viewed, visits, and how many times the pop-up has opened). These counters stay in your browser, are not sent to us and are not used to identify you.
Third-party services
• Hosting: the website is hosted by Hostinger, which serves the website and records the technical information described above.
• WhatsApp: if you choose to message us on WhatsApp, we receive it through WhatsApp Business, and your message is also handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
• CRM: we record enquiry details in a customer relationship management (CRM) system. Enquiry information from the website enquiry form may be transferred to it through a webhook for enquiry management and follow-up.
• External links: this website links to Facebook, Instagram and official college, university and admission-authority websites. Those websites have their own privacy policies.
• Analytics: we use TWIPLA, provided by Visitor Analytics GmbH, Germany, for website usage analytics, as described under “Cookies and analytics” above.
How we use your information
We use the information you share to:
• contact the student or parent by phone, WhatsApp or email;
• understand the student’s course, college, career or admission requirement;
• provide admission, course and career guidance;
• manage the enquiry and follow-up through our CRM.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep lead and enquiry information until the academic year relevant to the enquiry has been completed, and our team deletes it after that academic year has been completed. The period depends on the academic year your enquiry relates to, so it is not a fixed number of months. For example, an enquiry relating to the 2027–28 admission cycle may be kept through that admission cycle and deleted after the relevant academic year has been completed.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have shared with us, or ask us to stop contacting you, by calling or messaging +91 789 258 4428.
Students under 18
If you are under 18, please contact us together with a parent or guardian.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website or services change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
